Pressure can be interpreted many ways. Having spoken with all three of the new head coaches in the Pac-12 -- Oregon's Mark Helfrich, California's Sonny Dykes and Colorado's Mike MacIntyre -- all three have described the pressure of expectation in their own separate way.All three take over programs in three very different states of being. Oregon is a national powerhouse that once again should be in the mix for a national championship. Cal is a program that has some talent and history, but has failed to meet expectations the past couple of seasons.
