I went with Brats, but I'd go for everything but the veggie tray.

Just an idea. I know a place up north of Denver that rents the smoker/spit and pre-marinates the pig. Reasonably priced too, might have to have folks throw in for it but it serves a boat load of people.

It does serve a lot of people, but it's also a lot of work. If someone is willing to do all the cooking ad carving I'm all for it!:thumbsup:
 
I said Brats because when you're drunk the bread helps soak up some of the alcohol. :lol: I love New York Strips though, summer sausage, cheese/crackers and gotta have the hot wings to round everything out. :thumbsup:
