Poll: Who goes bowling next year?

Eight teams in the Pac-12 are going bowling and four are not. Of those eight teams, neither Arizona nor Oregon State were in the postseason last year. (Same for USC, but that was sanction-based, not performance-based). Fortunes can change in a hurry. Just ask California and Utah. Both teams played in a bowl game last season and now are home for the holidays instead. Can they turn it around next season and get back to a bowl game? How about Colorado and Washington State?
