Things are looking up in Boulder.

On the latest episode of the At the Buzzer podcast, Jack Barsch and Sam Metivier are joined by Ralphie Reporter Ryland Scholes to catch up on basketball, football recruiting and staff changes.

First up is our instant reaction the Buffs’ blowout win over the 15th ranked Miami Hurricanes. The Buffs dismantled them with their five-out motion offense behind stellar performances from Tristan da Silva, KJ Simpson and Eddie Lampkin. This is a very, very good team that will be even better when Cody Williams returns from injury.

On the football scene, Coach Prime has overhauled the offensive line in a matter of days. He’s signed two transfer recruits as well as Jordan Seaton, the top-rated OL in the high school class. Deion has also brought in some other standout preps, including a potential two-way player in Kamron Mikell.

We also break down the staff changes. Prime has had to fill a few holes, as offensive coordinator Sean Lewis left for San Diego State and some of the position coaches left. Adding coaches like Phil Loadholt (and others) has a big effect on prep recruiting, transfer portal stuff, and obviously the on-field product.
