Next in line?

The Colorado Buffaloes are hosting a surprising Cincinnati Bearcats team tonight, but they are also hosting a potential future for the program. It’s a pretty big recruiting weekend in Boulder, with blue chip lineman Carde Smith and athletic specimen Adrian Wilson also in town. However, the most-talked about recruit in the 2025 is also visiting Boulder for the fourth time this weekend.

Julian Lewis, the five star quarterback currently committed to the USC Trojans, is in town this week. He has had a long and public flirtation with Deion Sanders and the Buffs and the miraculous Indiana Hoosiers are also in the mix with a 7-0 season in tow.

Lewis is having an incredible senior season at Carrolton High School in Georgia. This has not precipitated a rise in the ranking for Lewis, who is dropping down to about the 7th best quarterback in this class.

However, this does not diminish his talent or ability. Lewis is one of the most polished products in this class and already runs an offense at a pretty-high level. He is going to be immediately start, no matter what college he ends up with.

If you see JuJu Lewis out and about, be friendly and tell him hello.
