Rebuilding the Buffs...

Apart from 2008 recruiting class, CU haven't been ranked in the top 30 in terms of recruiting class since 2000 . It will take time to rebuild, winning helps , we also need to do a better job in developing the recruits that we do get.

Not true. We were #10 in 2002 and #19 in 2003.
