The Boulder campus athletic director announced those goals and others for the next three years on Wednesday during a meeting of the Board of Regents' intercollegiate athletic subcommittee on the Colorado Springs campus.

Interesting that the men's basketball program, which has already won the Pac-12 Conference basketball tournament (2011-12 season), and has gone to the NCAA tournament the past two years (and went to the NIT semi-finals in Tad's 1st season) is expected to compete in the Pac-12 Conference basketball tournament championship by 2017.

Meanwhile, the dumpster fire that is the football program - which hasn't had a winning season since 2005 and has won 4 conference football games in the past 3 years - is expected to compete in the Pac-12 conference football championship by 2016.

Alas, poor Mike MacIntyre, we hardly knew ye.
 
Quit being such a god damn drama queen. MM is not going to be fired if he doesn't win the South by 2016
