Rugby-style punters: If looking rather silly on national TV wasn't enough risk, rugby-style punters are now open game in the open field. Under new NCAA rules, players who punt on the run are no longer afforded roughing-the-kicker protection once they leave the tackle box.

If we see DS in the punt formation I might go ape****. We may think we are loaded at RB, but with DS projected to be #2, at worst, then any depth lost will hurt us more than anything else. On the plus side I want to pummel MU and UT when we play them and they attempt to do this.

I've hated this since it became the new fad.
