I liked this one in response to what it was like playing with so many talented players:

I remember telling Hagan, 'If you can read us and get around us on the option, that guy on Saturday is going to seem like he`s standing in cement.` Then, if the offense was struggling on Saturday, I`d go get in his face and say, 'You mean that guy is better than me? He`s better than Alfred?` And he`d say, 'No,` and go back out there and start a touchdown drive.
