yes he tore his labrum and had it repaired should be ready for camp
Sounds like a big deal and something that could be a concern. I'm surprised more people aren't talking about this
because we talked about it in march... when it happened
By all accounts it was just to clean some stuff up in there. He didn't blow out his shoulder. Should be good to go. Also like BCS said, this was discussed in March
Wasn't it his non-throwing shoulder?
Yeah. Shane had kept playing varsity basketball for a while with the shoulder. Then, he decided he should shut it down and get the minor surgery to make sure that he'd be 100% this fall. If everything went as planned, this is a non-issue.
I didn't know guys had a labrum?
AZ said he's nearly 100% and has been making some very impressive throws in 7v7's so his shoulder seems to be a non-issue.
Both an inner and an outer. There's also a humerus, but it can be hard to find.
Mines torn
I wonder how this will effect his ability as a switch thrower.
And sandy according to rugged.
Use your left hand.
Are you saying we have to take the Cody throw it with the other hand to the other team play out of the playbook?
