The Buffs Soccer Team (12-4-1, 4-3-1) are also back in action tonight at 8pm when they travel to Tempe to face Arizona State (8-7-1, 3-4-1). The Buffs are coming off of a tough 1-0 loss to UCLA, for only their second loss in their last 7 games. Meanwhile, ASU is coming off of a 1-0 loss to Washington State and they are winless in their last 4 matches. The match will not be televised, but it will be shown for free by the Pac-12 Network. Here is a preview from cubuffs.com:
COLORADO VS. ARIZONA STATE: The Buffs are still looking for their first win over the Sun Devils. ASU leads the series with four victories, including two wins at Sun Devil Soccer Stadium. In their two meetings since the Buffs joined the Pac-12, the Sun Devils have outscored the Buffs 3-1. In Tempe last season, ASU got an early lead in the 19th minute, but Amy Barczuk evened the score before the break. As the squads pushed the game to double-overtime, ASU’s Cali Farquharson netted the game-winner in the final 22 seconds.

SCOUTING THE SUN DEVILS:
ASU holds an 8-7-1 overall, 3-4-1 Pac-12 record. Since taking down then-No. 2 Stanford and beating Oregon in back-to-back games, the Sun Devils have found themselves winless in their last five, including a 1-0 loss to Oregon State and a 3-0 defeat to No. 2 UCLA. Sophomore Cali Farquharson leads the squad with nine goals and one assist. Sarah Tosti and Devin Marshall each have scored at least four goals and added one assist. In the net, redshirt sophomore Chandler Morris has helped the team to seven shutouts and holds a 1.03 goals-against average.

GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

17 minutes in and Madison Krauser makes it 1-0 Buffs on her 4th of the season

I'm not watching the soccer match but it looks like yellow cards are very popular today. 1 on the Buffs and 3 on ASU.

20 minutes remaining and Darcy Jerman scores on a penalty kick to make it 2-2

Good lord! ASU's soccer team plays like its men's basketball team. 13 fouls and 4 yellow cards?

ASU with a wide open net and only a Buff defender in front and they miss

I think it was 5 because there was one on the team for something. I was thinking Burfict joined soccer.

Now the ASU student section is kicked out of the game for inappropriate conduct.

This might be a first. Well, it's a first for me. I had no idea that college women's soccer fans got rowdy. At CU, it's a lot of families and youth soccer groups at the games.

That's all that I've ever seen, but then again it is ASU so it's not surprising.
