Spencer Dinwiddie Projected #17 in 2014 NBA Mock Draft

I personally would rather see Spencer end up at a team with a little more potential then Charlotte. Obviously we all want him to go as high as possible in the draft and that ultimately means being drafted by teams stuck in the basement of the NBA. I just hope he lives up to his, If I am in the top-15 I'll go and If I am not I'll stay, quote.
