Does anyone know if the public can watch? And if they can, where do they practice in the spring? do they practice right next to the bubble, or in the bubble?

As far as I know it is open to the public and weather depending it will be either right next to the bubble or inside of the bubble. Im not sure if the public will be allowed inside of the bubble however.
