Sweet 16

canisters of pepper spray, per CNN.

I'm withholding judgement over the Arizona riot, for two reasons:
1. the video coverage that I saw from Tucson didn't look too different than coverage from Madison, other than in police response
2. there was a reported "riot" in Blacksburg back in 2002 when VT hosted LSU. I spoke with at least 20 people, some of them family, who were present and none of them described anything more unlawful than drunk people clogging the street -- no property damage or personal injury. However, the police and news adamantly referred to the event as a riot, and revisionist history won. (there's a funny story about my SIL from that night if you catch me less than sober at a Buff game)

Remember, these are Zona students and fans. Far different breed from Hokies (far less class). A bunch of Zona bros with overly gelled hair and barbed wire tattoos on their arms. Recipe for riot. And of course, somehow convincing themselves they're classy because ASU is scum.
