Syracuse self-imposes post-season ban

Is it a coincidence the writing is on the wall that they wouldn't be dancing anyway? Needed a miracle comeback to beat VT in the Carrier Dome last night and now they are hitting the meat of their ACC schedule after a ridiculously favorable opening half.

No, I'm sure that a fine upstanding individual such as Boeheim would be willing to take this self-imposed ban even if they were undefeated right now.

Wait, what's the sarcasm font again?

Yes ... and I'm sure it's purely coincidental that SU appeared before the infractions committee just last October, and this is in no way a lame attempt to pre-empt further sanctions.
