Tennis Begins Strong At CU Invitational

BOULDER – On the first day of the largest University of Colorado Invitational in its history, the women’s tennis team reached the winners circle in all four doubles matches, Thursday afternoon at the South Campus Tennis Courts.

The six-team invitational features the Buffaloes, Arkansas, Liberty, New Mexico, Southern Illinois and Utah.

Day two of the invite begins Friday with doubles at 8:30 a.m. with singles to follow.

Hopefully this fall season will prepare the team for the spring so they can improve as a team. They've really struggled over the last few years and hopefully can start to turn it around.
