In the club room last night at the Keg, I noticed a mini fridge with "alcoholic ice cream". That's a thing?
 
Not sure if they were first, but when I lived in Vegas there was a company called Ethel M who sold alcohol infused candy. Good stuff.

Glacier Ice Cream sells a few alcoholic flavors that are quite delicious. They aren't listed on the menu so you have to ask.
