More to this sordid affair. Looks like the University accessed the victim's therapy records to aid their counsel in UO's defense. They also delayed the process to allow the players to finish the season.

That's... so sleazy. No release? No formal discovery and discussion prior to handing over the records? Not even work comp lawyers get access to that kind of information that easily (and in work comp all relevant medical records are presumed discoverable).
I hope hope women's groups go ****ing ballistic.
