Four-star linebackerRoquan Smith, who committed to UCLA on TV last Wednesday, signed financial aid papers with Georgia today.
He's from Georgia so staying home makes sense.

Good. Glad he's not coming to the PAC and has the opportunity to study what he is hoping to study in college.

Seriously???

That's the SEC that UGA plays in there, boy! Academic track for athletes: computer classes in basketmaking and the like......can't have a kid wasting his tyme on akeedemiks when thar's FB fim needs to be watched!

UGA and UF are not the same kind of academic wastelands that LSU, Alabama and Auburn are. They do have some standards. Is UGA as good a school, in general, as UCLA? Nope. Not even close. But if he wants to study business and he has any thoughts of going into business someday in Georgia, he picked the right school.

Pretty sure even if an sec team didn't offer a major that a kid wanted, they would fabricate said major, send him to classes that they already offer, and then he'd be gone prior to graduation so it wouldn't matter anyway. At least I would.
