    They said on television that as long as his feet were behind the line of scrimmage, then he did not cross the line.

    The same situation came up in the Panther-Chugger game in week 1 and I thought for sure that Rivers was over the LOS, but they came up with the same ruling - that it doesn't matter where the ball is, as long as ANY part of your body is still on or behind the LOS it's a legal pass.
