[h=1]USA Cross Country Championships to return to Boulder[/h] 5/24/2013



INDIANAPOLIS - USA Track & Field on Friday announced that the USA Cross Country Championships will return to Boulder, Colo. in 2014 and 2015.

The championships will be held on Feb. 14, 2014, with the 2015 date to be announced at a later time.

Boulder last hosted the event in 2007, when Deena Kastor and Alan Culpepper ran to the open victories, and Elliott Heath and Jordan Hasay won the junior titles. As it was in 2007, the course will be hosted by the Flatirons Golf Course and feature a spectator-friendly, 2,000-meter loop.

The championships will be hosted by BX Race Management in conjunction with Boulder Road Runners and Bolder Insurance.
