USC ineligible for Pac 12 CCG in 2011

Since it was a 2 year bowl ban (2010 & 2011), there would be no reason for the Pac-12 to keep Troy out of the conference championship game beyond next year.

This is basically the same situation as certain conferences not allowing basketball teams to compete in the conference tournament if they're ineligible for the NCAA Tournament. They're not going to risk costing themselves the automatic bid.
