Sark has some balls.

Instead of tying the game for OT, he went for it on 4th and goal (a foot with 2 seconds on the clock) and won the game.

Huskies beat Wazzu next week and they are bowl eligible.

I am green with envy in my household tonight.
 
playing on the road that's probably the right call as he was most likely thinking that the odds were better to go for it rather than OT

What a great final drive. Locker, Kearse and Polk.... oh man:thumbsup: Not mention the lane created by true freshman Colin Porter on a power quad.

Great game, Cal's first losing season since 2001? On senior day, in the last game played at Memorial Stadium.

I expect the Apple Cup next week to be tough though. UW is on the verge of a bowl berth at 5-6, but they're not there yet.

UW playing for a bowl berth (quite possibly the Holiday Bowl) and the kewgs playing for the right to knock us out of a bowl and retake the Apple Cup trophy. The kewgs will be at home, playing on a snowy or icy field as they've been getting battered weather-wise.

Should be a great game. I'm not sure I want the Huskies in the Holiday Bowl though because I want to see them have a weaker opponent for a bowl "W".

UW desperately needs the 15 extra practices more than anything else.

I hope my voice comes back by tomorrow:lol:
