Valentine's Day Massacre CU vs Arizona

To the bold: very true. Cal and Furd are both Top 75 RPI teams. If we got a split on that road trip it would end up being a major net positive to how the committee evaluated our resume. Losing both wouldn't hurt us much. And (dare to dream) winning both is the type of thing that catapults a team like CU from a 9-seed to a 6-seed.

If they win both toad games they have a great shot to win the rest of conference games meaning we would finish with a 9 game win streak and a 13-5 conference record and very likely in 1st place. And top 25 and probably a three seed. We just aren't that good yet to be mentally strong every game. I just hope we win Thursday.

Given what is on the line, and what happened last month in Tucson, Thursday will be as loud and hostile as the Keg has ever been. The CSU game will seem average by comparison.
