    I don't blame him -- the only people that will remain on the sinking ship known as CU football are the guys that can't get jobs elsewhere and the fans (at least some fans...I hope).

    Thanks Benson and DiStefano. You guys have screwed up a once proud football tradition.

    Hawkins' decades of coaching success has built up this fantastic network of assistants that are probably racing to fill this position. And in 5, maybe 8 or 10 more seasons, they'll have it in top working condition.

    While I am disappointed to see Brown leave, I think it is incorrect to call him CU's best defensive coach.

    Unfortunately, CU's best defensive coach may be leaving soon, as well.
