Nick Johnson won it.

Leader of the team that won the conference and probably the best defensive guard in the conference.

Stats:

16.1 ppg
44.2 FG% / 35.7 3pt% / 77.7 FT%
3.9 rpg
2.8 apg
1.1 spg
0.5 bpg

Let's compare that to the leader of the #2 team in the conference, Kyle Anderson:

14.8 ppg
49.1 FG% / 47.2 3pt% / 73.9 FT%
8.7 rpg
6.6 apg
1.8 spg
0.8 bpg

Clearly, you can't go wrong either way.

Who would you have voted for?

How do their numbers compare to someone like Scott or Tarczeskwi

Personally if UCLA won the regular season then Anderson should have won. It went to the right player IMO

Anderson fills up the stat sheet. But Johnson is the heart and soul of that Arizona team, which played into it.

We all know this should have been Spencer's award.

Utah's Krystkowiak should have won tho

Was in an elevator with Kyle's older brother today after the game. Great conversation and one where he said it was definite that Kyle was now going to go and get paid. Not sure if anyone had a question about whether he was going to go pro or not, but he is going pro. My vote is for Kyle, he was dominant in every game.
