Why does nobody in the media mention Stanford's David Shaw as a candidate?

Seems to me like he'd be just as good if not a better candidate than Malzahn or McElwain since he knows the Pac-10. He's also a Stanford grad which I think would sit well with the admin.

Because Stanford's recent success is almost all Harbaugh. He's that good. I was a student at the University of San Diego while Harbaugh was there, there is no reason a non-scholarship FCS football program should go 22-2 over two years, and almost make the Playoffs. He is incredible.

I like Shaw. Somebody who deserves a look.

We know for a fact Harbaugh's not a feeb. Would he hire a feeb to work for him? Shaw would have to be a feeb to not learn anything working for Harbaugh.
