ABOUT THE BUFFS: Colorado is off to its best start this season at 6-0, which is also the programs' longest win streak. The Buffs are ranked in the top 10 of all three women's lacrosse polls this week. They are 10th in the IWLCA Coaches Poll and ninth in the Cascade/Inside Lacrosse and Nike/U.S. Lacrosse Magazine polls.

ABOUT NITTANY LIONS: Penn State improved to 7-0 this season after defeating No. 18 James Madison on Wednesday, March 8. PSU is currently ranked sixth in the IWLCA Coaches and U.S. Lacrosse Magazine polls and is fifth in the Inside Lacrosse media poll.

THE SERIES: This is the first meeting between the two teams. Both teams have not recorded a loss this season and are two of just seven teams remaining in the NCAA with an unblemished record.

UP NEXT: Colorado returns home for a three-game home stand. The Buffs will host Winthrop on March 15 at 3 p.m. and on March 19, CU will take on its second conference opponent of the season in Oregon. Opening draw for that game is set for 12 p.m. The final match of the home stand will be on Saturday, March 25, against Fresno State at 12 p.m.

Looks like we're going back to the stone ages- no live stats either.

Per Penn State twitter, Buffs score 1st.

Have outscored PSU 9-1 since being down 7-3

Edit: and that's the #6 team in the country!!!

Keep going Buffs!

So that's now an 11-1 run for the buffs on the #6 team in the country!

Penn State goal at 10:19. Now 14-9, Buffs.

Edit: Looks like where they're playing is a smaller field than regulation like if we played at the IPF.
