BOULDERThe University of Colorado women's golf team is set to compete at the 33rd Pac-12 Conference Women's Golf Championship, April 15-17, in Palos Verdes, Calif.

The University of Southern California will host the 54-hole championship at the 6,131-yard, par 71 Palos Verdes Golf Club. Teams from 11 of the 12 conference schools will be at the event, as Utah does not have a team.

Live results will be available at GolfStat.com. Pac-12 Networks will air live coverage of the finishing holes in the final round of the championships on Wednesday, April 17, starting at 2 p.m. PT.

A practice round will take place on Sunday, April 14 at 8:30 a.m. PT before the tournament begins on Monday morning. Tee times will be the same for all three days, beginning off No. 1 and No. 10 at 8:30 a.m. PT and 8:40 a.m. PT, respectively. Team pairings for the first day were determined by a blind draw, with the number one seed guaranteed to play in a twosome off the first tee with a tee time in the middle of the draw. Pairings for Tuesday and Wednesday will be determined by order of finish from the previous day's round.

The Buffs previous played the course when they took part in the Northrop Grumman Invitational, February 3-5. Junior Kirsty Hodgkins led the team with a 12-over 225, while freshman Malak Bouraeda was second on the team with a 13-over 226.

UP NEXT: The NCAA Women's Golf Committee will select 72 teams and 24 individuals for regional competition including automatic qualifiers (27) and at-large teams (45), May 6-8. The selections will be announced Wednesday, April 24. The low six teams and three individuals not on those teams will advance to the finals.

Forgot to ever make any more posts in this thread but, as can be seen to anyone who clicks on the above link to the leaderboard, it was NOT a good tournament for the team, as they finished in 11th of the 11 teams competing. (Utah doesn't field a team.)

And with this, along with other results during the season, it will be a rare season where the team hasn't qualified AS A TEAM for NCAA Regionals. (think this may be only the 3rd or so time the team hasn't qualified since 2009, and breaks a 5 year qualifying streak.) Hope the team puts in a great effort to come back better and stronger than ever next year.

However, at least it looks like one Buff has qualified as an individual. Best wishes to junior Ms. Hodgkins In East Lansing!
