Women's Golf Opens Spring Season This Weekend In California

STANFORD, Calif. – The University of Colorado women’s golf team opens its spring season on Saturday, Feb. 14 at the 20th Annual Peg Barnard Invitational, hosted by the Stanford Cardinal.

The two-day, 36-hole tournament will be held at Stanford’s home golf course. The 6,084-yard, par-71 course sits in the foothills overlooking the University’s campus and has been home to many intercollegiate events such as the NCAA Regionals, NCAA Women’s Championships and Pac-10 Conference Championships.
