Colorado v Stanford- October 13, 2023 - 8pm MT, ESPN

Do not send any players to the presser

Prime, Lewis, and Kelly should sit there and answer real tough questions
I am less mad at Kelly than the others. I felt he called a good game. His players failed him. Sanders and Lewis. They ****ed up. This was a perfect time to do game management, instead we got Falcons v. Patriots. Where you do everything wrong.

This was the perfect time to just be a game manager. Even though 2 missed the throw. I didn't like the route being so deep for a ****ing 3rd and 4. The offensive playcalling wasn't smart. When you see the defense struggling, call plays that work. Stanford timeouts were all used perfectly.

Momentum is everything in college football. And once Stanford hit 100, it was going to be extremely hard for our defense to stop them. That's why you don't give Momentum plays. We were moving the ball. We should have went for it on 4th and 1. Then Vassett ****ed up on the punt and from there, it just felt Stanford on both ends were playing above their level. The two Rick Ross plays were disgusting. Why stop doing what works for **** that don't should have been the theme for this game.
Absolutely disgusting. At some point when the defense was bleeding we should have slowed it down for at least one drive but game management has not been learned yet. It's clear firings need to take place and that's going to suck because a whole new scheme needs to be learned but, it's totally necessary.

Bye week - this needs to hapoen:

BOB - fired
Kelly - fired (five 12 men on the field penalties - I've never seen that incompetence) made no adjustments while sorry azz Stanford scored 46 pts in the 2nd half. GTFOH

Cooper - Push him to the portal now

The personnel decisions. Why do players disappear from a game to game, week to week basis? It makes no sense
Juju is easily the best LB and just isn’t playing for two weeks in a row. Bishop Thomas out there running WR routes in pregame and doesn’t suit up. Still no Demouy Kennedy despite what Hart said. No McCaskill in the second half. No Omarion Miller pretty much throughout. One target total for our TE. Trevor Woods experiment at ILB, no Marvin Ham.

Just mind boggling personnel decisions in every game and week to week as you said.

I'm not there yet, sure he's made mistakes but it's his first year here with a ton of transfers and insane roster turnover. It's more on the coordinators and lack of talent besides Shadeur and Hunter. If this keeps happening next year I'll be with you but I'm not ready to go there.

It's literally his first season coaching in the P5. Give him a chance to adjust.
I don’t think coach prime is the problem here. But will he want to make coaching changes this offseason? The D needs help.

How do you not blame Kelly at this point? After 7 games we still have no answer for the simple slant route. His scheme sucks. I don't care if it's due to complexity or what, you play with the cards you have.

Teams really don't have much creativity against us. They just bread and butter us with the slant and dominate.

He made a number of significant in game decisions that were absolutely dumb as all hell tonight and couldn't even take a TO when they failed to get 11 guys on the field for a ****ing FG block. 4th down decision making was dumb as hell. OT decision was even dumber.

This isn't P5 issues, this is basic game management.

Yeah, but what's up with our season-long vulnerability to the slant over the middle? CSU ran that all night on us too. You have to have something in your scheme to adjust to that after the fifth or sixth time they kill you with that in a game (you can't just say "well, we'll just put Hunter on the slant man"). I realize that any scheme move then open up another potential vulnerable spot...but you can't let the same play kill you more than a few times a game without adjusting to it.

Ok that Tulane game the commentator was saying how everyone is struggling with those slant routes this season. Someone has to figure it out

Man, the offensive playcalling was awful. I really don't have words for how bad it was in the 2nd half and overtime.
