  1. Recap of CU-Cal

This is actually cute. I remember when we announced conference expansion and taking CU and Utah because we thought we'd be getting Texas too... and then when that didn't happen most people saying "Wait a second, now that Texas isn't a part of it we're still doing this?" But it's nice, people...
  2. Recap of CU-Cal

It's adorable... no that's not the word I'm looking for... It's sad and sort of pathetic, that's it... that you just can't answer the question probably because the question doesn't have an answer... I remember back in the 80s when Bill McCartney arbitrarily circled Nebraska on the schedule...
  3. Recap of CU-Cal

It's a bummer you don't have a rival. Huge part of college sports is having that intense rivalry. Each school looking forward to playing each other with equal ardor. Maybe you can develop one with Utah.
  4. Recap of CU-Cal

From what I'm told, of course Texas and Oklahoma are huge rivals. As are Nebraska and Oklahoma if not quite on the same level. Texas also had a huge rivalry with A&M. Sort of like how Washington and Oregon are rivals, but they each also have rivalries with their instate brethren. Like Cal /...
  5. Recap of CU-Cal

I must have missed it again, who's your rival? I mean they have to consider you one too, which obviously Nebraska doesn't. Do you have one? Just curious.
  6. Recap of CU-Cal

I may have missed it with that Algonquin Roundtable quality reply, but who is your rival?
  7. Recap of CU-Cal

He said something about being 49-18 against you. That CU considered it a rivalry but they didn't. Said Oklahoma has always been a much bigger deal to them.
  8. Recap of CU-Cal

quick question for you who's your rival? when we were letting you guys in the conference i asked my friends at the other Big12 schools if they were upset you were leaving, and no one was. No one considered you a rival or really worth getting upset about. I mean they were upset you were...
  9. Recap of CU-Cal

I admire your honesty as CU and UCSB have in essence the same ranking, I respect that you have the self awareness to to refer to yourself as a safety school. Well done.
  10. Article: A really ****** preview of the Colorado vs Cal game

Fair enough... but you really need to step it up... we're heard every hippie joke there is. Plus you had last year to prepare... don't let us down.
  11. Article: A really ****** preview of the Colorado vs Cal game

I don't get the Fulmer Cup reference. Cal isn't in the Top 10 - it was a ranking of PAC 10 schools.... so yeah, every school would be in the top 10 of PAC 10 schools. I don't see anyway CU can lose this game.
