    That takes me back decades ago I was talking to an out of state student at CU Boulder. He told me out of state CU cost as much as Stanford. I asked why would you go to CU when you could go to Stanford for the same price. He stated he didn't get in at Stanford but did get in at CU.

    OK if CU brings back baseball and adds softball I am in - won't happen but I can dream. I would love to see the Buffs in Omaha or OKC in the Spring.

    I am not a season ticket guy but I have driven the vast distance in the past for a game a season. I bought the tickets off the CU atheltic website. Now no way - a combination of the economy and the .........well you know.

    Doesn't the Mtn West have a similar deal - I know here in Boise when BSU played Utah last time we oculdn't get the game except at sports bars. Maybe the conference channel works in some markets - I am not sure its helped the Mtn West - would be curiious what the CSU fans think about it.

    I will once again I agree with Woody - just because CU football is on the skids is no reason to seek out a lesser conference so we call feel better about ourselves. There was once a time when we were on a par with the UT's, Oklahomas and Nebraskas - not running from them. Year in and year out...

    I think BSU can play football in the PAC 10. BSU already wrestles in the PAC10 (and are very competitive) and their tennis and golf is of PAC 10 caliber. Other sports (basketball) not so much. BSU may be like the dog that caught the car but why not?? I think in football they are a better fit...
