'20 AZ WDE Jason Harris (SIGNED to COLORADO)

It was drama from the day recruiting started all the way to the signing, then could not force his way up through our lineup. CU
 
So that is why we took 2 OLB this year in recruiting. Hope he stays, but wish him the best whichever decision he makes.
 
Seems like a good kid from a good family. Sorry things didn’t work out at CU.
Hopefully he sticks around, but if not, best of luck to Jason and his family in the future.
 
It would have been a tough year to be away from home at college. That's always a challenge for young people. Imagine it with hardly any students on campus, not being able to go out, and all you've got is a sport where you're not getting to play in games.

Had to suck.
 
With our lack of talent at OLB. I was really hoping to see a few snaps in the bowl game. But saw this coming. Anybody hear anything about how he did in practice?

there didn’t seem to be much out of fall camp and practices about Harris. I swear I saw him get some snaps in the Utah game, or he suited up at least.

definitely best of luck to this kid. It was a completely strange year to be in a strange place with nothing to really take your mind off of the situation other than school and football.

it feels like Mel must have made a lot of big promises to this class, and did the dollar dash to East Lansing. Then COVID swallowed up the chance for these kids to showcase and build chemistry in the spring, summer, and fall camp.

Was responding to the guy that wanted the coaching staff to play Harris against Texas. Harris need a red shirt year. Landman was praising Alvin Williams and Grant during camp. Gustav(sp) played well, like his coverage skills. Well we know what Wells has done this year. We have talent at OLB. Maybe one of the deepest positions on the team. Surprised to see Alec Pell was moved to TE. We need Marvin Hamm and Mister Williams to step up at ILB. May need to get some one from the transfer portal. Manea needs a red shirt year.

In normal times he needed a RS year in the weight room so his eligibility clock didn’t start until he was physically ready. In a year that didn’t count against eligibility one way or another, everyone should have seen some meaningful snaps.

I do not think he is an actual college OLB Pass Rusher at his height and quickness. His tape showed a lot of awkwardness at that position. Did he ever play TE?

If OLB is one of the deepest positions on the team, we are in real trouble.

Harris absolutely needed to see the field this year. Doing so wouldn’t have hurt anything.
