His HS 247 scouting report from Greg Brooks:

Great height and immense length with tremendous frame potential. Long-armed and big-handed. Verified wingspan of 7 feet. Possesses through-the-roof physical tools. Two-sport profile. Originally a basketball-only athlete. Relatively newer to football with high developmental ceiling. Experienced inside, but has also gotten snaps on the edge. Flashes encouraging disengaging ability thanks to reach and functional play strength. Shows chase-down athleticism. Physical specs should allow for flexibility across personnel looks, especially considering expected bulk addition. Dominated SEC summer camp scene between junior and senior years. Linear pursuit ability further ahead than lateral redirection. Will need to work on fluidity and short-area twitch. Improved snap anticipation and get-off consistency should come with development. Very raw technically and will need to enhance move set as a rusher. Exceptional physical tools need to manifest in more consistent playmaking. May very well be one of the highest-ceiling 2022 prospects in the entire country. Will need some time to acclimate and learn his trade, but projects as a potential impact player at the high-major level with long-term early-round NFL Draft potential.

Verified 7’ wingspan and dominated SEC camp circuit 2 years in a row. Yes, that will be a nice addition.

Wiggins seems to me to be the most unheralded transfer in this class. Well, he wasn’t unheralded by 247 as they rated him a 92 grade transfer, but unheralded around these parts.

He has NFL measurables. He looks like an NFL player. He was late to football, focusing on basketball for many years till high school. He redshirted in 2023 so he has theee more years of eligibility.

He is listed as a DE so maybe will play with his hand on the ground. Maybe an edge, not sure.
