Is it common for a P5 head coach to take such a demotion after being shown the door?

Yeah, sorry, I guess I’m lame because I don’t pay attention to every failed and fired coach’s next job position. Ya got me. Which is why I asked you forum nerds for the answer.

So MM taking the Jim Leavitt approach. Get a D coordinator job and wait for the current head coach to get canned. We shall see if it works out for him.
