The second one does not have the correct meter for a chant. Just try chanting it. It doesn't work.

YOU are NOW at ALT ti TUDE does.
 
"NOW" works better. And, whoever suggested changing it to "STILL" at the beginning of the second half could have something.........

That was me, and is another reason why I believe the "You are Now at Altitude" is the better option
