The Buff family

Just a random observation but it sure seems to me that this year's class of recruits brings a whole new meaning to the idea of the "Buff family." From Ann Henry and Moett to TEAMKISIMA and the Norgrad gang, we're talking moms, dads, brothers, HS teammates, et al who seem to be buying whatever Embree and Co. are selling.

Maybe it's only because of the ever-increasing prevalence of the internet and social media but I, for one, think it's great and a sign of good things to come.

Good observation rodrigo.

Especially since I observed it in another thread.

I consider this thread to be definitive on the subject of families and recruits.

We even enjoyed some drop-by visits from the families of those guys we didn't get (Walker springs to mind).

One thing: Embree needs to stop recruiting kids who have grandmas.

In Dillon's Buffchips interview he specifically mentioned the way Emburrito and Co recruited his entire family as one of the main reasons he chose CU.

Good post Rodrigo, glad to see you still visit the board even if it's just once in a while.
