Oliver may well end up being the top rated WR in Texas for the 2013 class. Big kid who is getting attention nationally. His dad played college ball at A&M, so they could be the leaders.

He had a great junior season in 5A (Division II) with over 108 catches, 1637 yards, and 23 TDs.

“I’m 110-percent to Texas. Every single guy, myself included, who was at the banquet is not going anywhere. We’re all sticking with Texas and we’re looking forward to helping the program get going in the right direction. When I committed to Texas, I gave them my word. There’s no going back on that.”

We'll see if that changes, for now he's solid Texas.
