Starting on Friday, this weekend is all about Los Angeles as not only the football team but the soccer and volleyball teams will also be traveling to LA to face both USC and UCLA. If you are in town looking for something to do, this is a great opportunity to support the Buffs on the road.

Soccer
On Friday, CU (0-5-1, 6-6-3 overall) will face of against #3 UCLA (5-0-1, 12-0-2 overall) at 8pm. Before last week's 2-0 loss, every conference loss they had was decided by 1 goal so they always have a chance for an upset.

On Sunday, they will stay in LA to face USC (1-3-2, 4-7-3 overall) at 2pm. Both teams are trying to stay out of the cellar as the Buffs are curently in last place and USC sits in 10th.

Volleyball
The Buffs will have their most difficult road trip of the season when they go to LA. It would be an amazing weekend if they could manage to pull off an upset against one of these teams.

On Friday, 6th place CU (3-5, 13-7 overall) will face off against 5th place and defending national champs #6 UCLA (5-3, 13-4) at 8pm.

In soccer, we are at the 58 min mark and UCLA is up 1-0.
In volleyball, we are in the 3rd set with UCLA lead 2 sets to 0 (20-25, 16-25, 20-19)

The Buffs score at 85:00 to cut the UCLA lead to 2-1 but time is running out

And the score is final, UCLA wins 2-1. UCLA outshot CU 19-6 and 8-4 in shots on goal.

this team was a mistake or 2 from beating the number 2 & defending national champ Stanford and number 3 UCLA look out for the soccer team next fall

there are some serious players leaving like shaye marshall, quinn kreir and the captain amy barczuk, but danny sanchez is a very good coach with serious skill and a damn fine recruiter... also his staff is very solid

Who is CU bringing in to replace them? The Pac 12 should be loaded again next year too. Curious to see where you place the team next year...

not sure yet... soccer recruiting is hard to keep up with... but this team is developing a style and should have and deserve a better record than they have

We played those teams close and I believe we lead Stanford for a while in that game. We have a good chance of splitting with the LA schools by beating USC tomorrow.

we lead stanford from halftime to the 82nd minute and they scored 2 goals in a 45 seconds to win... 1 was a great shot the other was an awful defensive breakdown

Great, I didn't there was a stream. I was trying to follow by the gametracker which is horrible.

and we are at half time with the score 0-0 just not a good game... anne stuller had the best chance for the buffs on a venomous free kick that the usc keeper just barely got a hand on it to push it over the cross bar

usc nearly scores right out of the gate but a foul on the usc player nullifies the opportunity
