No but Kurtz does have an offer from Texas Tech. So make that what you want of it.
Just looked up his highlights:

He is 6'6" and 200 lbs. My bet is if we are looking at him it as as a pass catching TE not WR. He would of course need to bulk up but he has some good blocks on the film as well. He gets good YAC but he doesn't seem to have Pac 12 WR speed. Pass-catching TE is certainly one of our biggest needs.
