All-Colorado pick as a junior in helping Cherokee Trail to the state title game. Had seven interceptions, but speed is a question mark.

He competed at the US Army All-American Combine. Measured it at 6'1.25" - far cry from 6'3". There will be questions about his speed as well if he were to stay at safety.

Looks more like a LB project. Needs to add 30 pounds of muscle and vastly improve his speed, agility and jumping ability I would think

so what is the difference between agility one and two here? is one the twenty yard shuttle or both?

that forty time and hundred meter is more of a de time than even Mlb

ps my droid qwerty board alt functions do not work in this allbuffs reply box. wierd io implications with my phone. how are they coding this?

I think they get to run it twice if they want. It's the pro shuttle.

He needs to improve on all of these numbers. Hopefully it's a matter of practicing the drills and not a reflection of athletic limitations. Guys like that (e.g., Sandersfeld, Smart, Perkins) can be good, productive players for you but I don't know if you can compete for championships if you can't run with USC, UCLA, ASU, Oregon, etc. There is so much speed in the Pac-12.

his junior stats are nice, so playing speed and quickness might be there depending on the competition, but these measurables are awful.

Wouldn't surprise me to see him pop soon then if it's committable
If we offered I am in and I am anxious to get our 1st commit but was hoping for someone that might make more of a splash to be the 1st. Rather we get a 4* QB commit than Evan can be 2nd :)

A lot of his measureables could be worked on with a redshirt year. I do not see him starting as a true frosh. Hopefully speaking, of course.

I agree. I also think he might have the frame to become an OLB.

Re: '14 CO S Evan White

I agree. I also think he might have the frame to become an OLB.

I think that should be considered. White didn't quite have the speed to reach the finals in the 100 meters at the state track meet on Thursday. However, seeing his speed at linebacker could be special if he bulks up a bit.

I am a huge fan of big safeties that can cover big TE's. I like Evan White size and speed combination at strong safety.

He ran a 22.25 200m this year also, so speed isn't the problem it appeared to be when his posted 40 time was 4.9. Agreeing with BB2 makes me wonder where my life is leading, but, yeah ^^.

Looks like he just got some type of personalized brochure/pic from CU:

Love to see that these coaches make a great effort to stand out to recruits. That goes a long way!

Will be a little disappointed if he is not in the fold by the start of the season.
