Okereke has picked up several offers in the last couple weeks, including one from the Buffs. Really good athlete (40 time is accurate) who has been offered as both a TE and OLB. I think he could be an impact player at TE for us.

Good news. If you can't tell, I think Okereke is a really good player.:wink2:

Dude looks like a beast already and nice wheels for his size, especially for a TE. Given how weak our depth chart is at TE he could play immediately.

Where did he announce his top-6? Don't suppose you can tell me if Boise State made it in?

I fully expect him to choose either USC or Oregon, but hope springs eternal.

Boise State didn't make the cut either. Northerwestern's Rivals site reported his top 6 yesterday morning. Off the top of my head, it was them, Vandy, Washington, Oregon, and USC but I can't remember the 6th.

Big day for Stanford with Okereke, Joey Alfieri and Kirk Tucker commitments

When you get right down to it, I can never really blame any prospect for choosing Stanford. Big time football program, Pac-12 conference AND Ivy League academics? That would sell me if it was either me or a kid of mine.
