He noted that a quality Business school "is number one for me," while a nice campus, a positive coaching staff, and conference prestige will be the biggest contributing factors to the school he commits to. http://colorado.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1532297

"I loved the atmosphere at Colorado," Jones said. "I loved the campus a bunch and then they have great facilities. Their coaching staff was also very open to me. I sat down and talked to them for a while and they told me a lot about their school. I liked their openness and the camaraderie there." http://colorado.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1549861

FYI, there is a really good writeup posted within the forum on Rivals which of course you have to have a subscription for. The writeup is not properly referenced so I have no idea where it originally came from but it was clearly done by someone who gets paid to scout HS players. The last quote may be all you need to know but the overall evaluation was quite promising.

Bottom Line: It's not difficult to see why Colorado and other schools are giving Jones a look. He should get serious three-star consideration simply because of his frame, his aggressive mentality and the fact that he can be an asset in the running game and passing game. That and the fact that there are no major or glaring liabilities make him a clear BCS-caliber player.

Is he a blocker? It seems like there's not a lot of data on him yet. He's a bit of a late bloomer apparently.
The original writeup I referenced above suggests that he is a really good blocker and also a good receiver and really tough to bring down. They also say that if he put on a lot more weight he may convert to OT.

With our depth at o-line depth being the way it is I personally would prefer him to get bigger and play OT. His mentality seems to fit on the o-line as well.
