In fact, I'm going to call BS on the majority of those offers. Nobody picks Texas Tech over Arizona State/Missouri/Notre Dame/Arkansas/North Carolina/Washington/Stanford.

If he has offers from Stanford, Notre Dame, Washington, Arkansas, et. al., then he also has offers from A&M, TCU and Baylor, if not UT. I'm calling BS on those other offers being commitable offers.
