Normally I'd take the lump sum, but I would be tempted in this case to go with the $25mil annual payments. That's plenty
 
The article states huge odds, but if you remove the 4 #16 seeds, you can reduce the odds quite significantly - Even then though, you'll need to find this years VCU. (Hint, it could be in omaha, ne)
 
Oh, and after browsing a few articles, I'm under the impression that the First Four games are part of the deal.

I'm still gonna dream that the CU Buffs will be playing at Bone Buff Arena next year.

Really?, I've never done a bracket where you've had to do the First Four or previously the 64/65 game.

Thanks, I saw another article at some point saying entries begin on sunday, and are due Wednesday, but I can't find that piece in the article anymore. Still have like 2 months for them to sort out the details.
