Spoke with John earlier, he picked up a Buffs offer today. 10.3 in the 100. Troy Walters on the lead. He's open to going out of state and wants to go into health care or orthodontics. Lots of in-state interest including the Longhorns. He's fast.

His hudl profile says his 40 time is 4.52, not 4.25. It says it was SPARQ verified also. But his track times are crazy so I don't know what to believe.

247 Sports lists a 4.25. He said he ran it at a Texas Tech camp. 10.31 in the 100 and 21.4 in the 200.

10.3 in the 100 is beyond fast. That is crazy fast speed

Shhhh. I'm ok with it if whispers get out that he's only got average speed. :wink2:

He can come to CU and get that high altitude Olympic training to take it to the next level.

Not to go Full Doom (you never go Full Doom), but F*** Bailer has a good dentistry school.

On the other hand, my former orthodontist went to CU and walked on to the FB team during the Sonny G years of the early 60s. Go west!

He didn't sound too enthused with staying in state in Kyle's article, wouldn't put him a lock for anyone yet.

To be honest, I got the sense John truly is open to playing out of state. Texas is a big one to watch here and he said one of his favorite players is Mike Evans from A&M, also a Galveston native. Clearly there's a long way to go and lot more offers to come, but CU identified a guy with elite speed and got in early.

Spiff's constant wearing of CU gear in and around League City is going to pay off, big time. FACT!

Wow. That is one fast dude.
