Consecutive 20+ win season streaks currently in Pac12:

Arizona: 4
Colorado: 4
UCLA: 4
Oregon: 3* (currently at 17 wins, so good chance to make it 4)
Cal: 2* (currently at 17 wins, so good chance to make it 3)
Arizona State 1* (currently at 19 wins, so just a matter of time until they hit 20 to make it 2)

I think I saw this stat right: We have 2 straight 20-win seasons, and before last season we had 2 20-win seasons in our history.

Regular season. I think they said eight 20 win seasons total but only 4 where we reached 20 in the regular season.

OK then I don't know what the hell I read, or thought I read. Maybe it was only for regular-season records?

you might be on to something there (all exclude the Big/Pac 12 tourney:

2010 - 2011 - 19 regular season wins
2011 - 2012 - 19 regular season wins
2012 - 2013 - 20 regular season wins
2013 - 2014 - 20+ regular season wins

other seasons:
2002 - 2003 - 20 wins
1996 - 1997 - 20 wins

so it looks like we have a chance to set a record this year.

For a whole season CU has had 8 20win seasons in its 107 year history. Boyle coached 4 of those teams.

Also notable is consecutive trips to the Dance.

If Cal doesn't make it this year, Buffs are all alone at #1 in the PAC-12.

Not to diminish Tad's obvious superior coaching, but they used to play fewer games. With three NCAA (including two Sweet 16) appearances during Walseth's 20 years, they played an average of 25 games.

What I'm hoping to see soon is some deep runs into the tourney. Last night's game has me hooked on CU basketball even more.

The AP recap of the game was littered with errors. It said we "now have our second straight 20+ win season under Boyle" and then a few sentences later it said we now had "four consecutive 20+ win seasons".

That's alright, the Daily Camera's photo captions said that it was taken in Broomfield.

But I thought we haven't had much success recently?
Honestly, I think the comment was referring to like the past 30 years as a whole. And from a national perspective, we've only had ONE NCAA Tourney win. Also, we haven't been in the Top 25 too much. Let me reiterate, this program is miles ahead of where it once was. But from a national perspective, they haven't caused as big of a dent as some would like to think.

Yeah that's a fair point, sort of like cfb when you talk about 10 win seasons and they have more games now with the "12th game," Conf. CGs, and more bowl games.

It was Beth Mowins last night. I don't think Beth was so bad, but Doris is one of the best in the business IMO.

Yeah, I'm really not on board with the trashing announcers because they're women while disregarding their knowledge of the game brigade. Crispin, however, was atrocious.
