From last year:
Hart freshman receiver Trent Irwin had quite a debut. He caught five passes for 69 yards and two touchdowns in his team’s 35-21 loss to Tesoro. Both of his touchdown catches came in the fourth quarter, when Hart was deseperately trying to rally in the closing minutes. Making those touchdown passes was sophomore quarterback Connor Wingenroth, who also ran for a 71-yard touchdown in the first half to keep the game close. Irwin didn’t start and Hart coach Mike Herrington sounded like he might reconsider that decision in future games. “He probably could have had more,” Herrington said. “He didn’t start the game for us, but he’s a player. He’s a go-to guy, runs great patterns and catches the ball well. He’s going to have a great future.”

According to maxpreps, had 785 yards on 50 catches (15.7 ypc) for 65 yards per game in his sophomore campaign.

Made a pretty positive impression last summer - getting honorable mention in some camps where the only guys winning awards were 2013 recruits.

Good to know Macs deep knowledge of California is already helping us out with futures. He may get the jump on a lot of young talent

Named the top performer at this past weekend's B2G 7-on-7 tourney:

The 2015 wide receiver has this uncanny ability to get open seemingly whenever he wants, and he has some of the surest hands we've seen this offseason. Irwin has proven time and again that he cannot be defended in one-on-one situations because he's a great route runner, he has good size and he catches everything thrown his way. Irwin backed up his Phoenix Rivals Camp Series presented by Under Armour offensive MVP award.

Really weird in how quiet this recruitment has been. Could give the coaches a nice opportunity.

Hmmm. Dumpter Fire (Cal), Pedo State, or CU. Get him out here on Junior Day and let's get in the lead.

Sounds like Stanford is the favorite right now and he may be a lock if they offer his teammate Brady White
