CU offered this guy a little while ago as reported on the Buffzone article about the Chaminade pipeline. Apparently he also plays DE, so I'm not sure where he'd play but the article specifically said TE so there you go.

Bounds Recaps Great Colorado Trip

The Colorado staff did another terrific job of getting recruits out to their second junior day of the off-season. Chris Bounds is clearly one of the staff's top targets at tight end and he hails from a program, Chaminade (West Hills, CA), that has been very kind to Colorado in recent years. The 6-foot-3 1/2, 260-pounder was very fond of his Boulder trek. "It was a great experience and I really loved the campus," he stated. "The campus is just gorgeous."

Bounds arrived in Boulder on Friday. "My dad and I got there on Friday night and stayed through Saturday, until after the game. We really enjoyed the campus and it was cool since I know people there. I know Elijah (Dunston), obviously, but I also number 64 (Brad Cotner) because he is a good friend of my brother's. Elijah couldn't play because he had a pulled hamstring and he tried to convince me that I need to go there, of course."

I finally got around to watching the highlights.

Very good at the point of contact.

I like him quite a bit as a hand-on-the-ground tight end. Reminds me of Irwin. Faster, I think.

Would love to keep this Chaminade pipeline going after landing Lee and Gamboa last class.

Bounds, who holds an offer from Colorado, is a hard-nosed, physical prospect who projects somewhere along the defensive line. At 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, Bounds was relentless in pressuring four-star quarterback Brady White and also stuffing the run to the sideline and up the middle. He's a strong, tough prospect who plays with a lot of determination.
